I have been coming to Healthe Habits for almost 3 months now and had my 12 week analysis today and wow did I feel empowered. To know I couldn’t even walk a mile just 11 short weeks ago and now I can walk a 21-minute mile and know I can go even further is awesome!
Healthe Habits is a place where it meets weightloss at every level. It covers exercise, education about health, food and fitness, foods and journaling, counciling and one on one support. The accountability is there, the belief in you is there, and the knowledge and support is there.
