At your first visit, we’ll conduct a physical/functional evaluation to assess your strength, endurance and function. Then we’ll identify lifestyle goals and challenges, and establish an appropriate exercise and healthy eating program that is right for you!
This is the fun part! You will meet with our Occupational Therapist or our Physical Therapist for one-on-one sessions two to three times a week for six to 12 weeks. We will motivate you to change the way you eat, the way you move, and the way you handle stressors in your daily life. We will teach you habit-changing techniques and exercises in accordance with your level of fitness.
We will focus on each individual’s motivations, routines, habits and enviornment. The ultimate goal is to EMPOWER and MOTIVATE you to make this very important journey in your life.
